Shows on the physical LCD for 8 seconds, split across its two 16-character lines, then the board returns to its normal status view. Overridden instantly by an emergency.
Temperature settings
Saved to the board's EEPROM — survives a power cycle
Fan OFF must be at least 0.5°C below Fan ON, and Emergency at least 0.5°C above Fan ON. The board rejects anything outside −10°C to 100°C or too close together.
System Standby
Lights and fan are off, the door is closed, and automatic control is paused. Fire and over-temperature detection stay active in the background.
